Just for Women~ fitness circuit The ladies only fitness circuit is coming to Changes Gym! A 30-40 min express workout designed to tone the whole body, whilst being tailor made for women! Held in our Ladies only studio-Let our specially trained female instructor guide you through the circuit, as well as offering weight loss support, and a full weight management programme. Pilates An exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates back in the 1920’s -elongating & strengthening muscles to create body balance. Improves flexibility & strength. Particularly good for back & posture problems. Yoga The union of body, mind & soul using controlled movements & breathing. Works all aspect of the body strength, stamina, tone & flexibility. Very effective in relieving stress. Tai Chi A rhythmic series of postures coordinated with breathing - performed in a slow graceful manner. Great for reducing stress & creating inner calm. Zumba Combines aerobic training with easy to follow dance, to torch fat & calories whittle your middle & sculpt your hips, butt & thighs. Non stop strutting your stuff to pulsating Latin rhythms, a total body workout whatever your fitness level. Suitable for all abilities Dancers & Non Dancers alike. Box Fit A fun way to keep fit.
